Damn, it feels so great to be running again! The farthest I’ve gone is 5.5 miles, but heck, I will take it. It’s been euphoric and since I’m not training for anything, it’s also care free and fun. I was worried I would be super slow since I took over a month off but I think the Core40 classes, Orangetheory Fitness and indoor cycling have kept me in decent run shape. My pace last night wasn’t too shabby considering I’m just a week back in the game.
