This is the most basic and affordable option to prepare you for any race from a 5k to a marathon. After an initial consultation via phone, Skype or e-mail, I design a plan specifically for you. This plan does not include ongoing “coaching” services.
Through virtual coaching I offer feedback throughout your training and you have the ability to tell me how it’s working for you. I will send your workouts 1-4 weeks at a time in response to your progress, performance and feedback.
This option is available to anyone living in or around San Diego. In-Person Coaching includes all of the the same services as the Virtual Coaching; however, it has the additional benefit of being able to complete workouts together, IN REAL LIFE!
